Outdoor Voices is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the process and workflows of our creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the resourcing and workflow for all creative projects and deliverables from brief-intake to hand-off, acting as team quarterback and cross-functional liaison throughout
  • Manage the creative pipeline as the main point of contact for creative requests across the organization
  • Execute against the creative calendar, set up-front expectations on all projects, define and manage purpose; clarity, tasks, milestones and schedules
  • Balance request due dates in coordination with the Senior Producer to ensure image/video asset availability aligns with final deliverable timeline
  • Assist in maintaining catalog of all image & video assets for the creative team and larger organization
  • Manage and inform current and future practices that run the creative process, including but not limited to: PM tool(s), request queue(s), file naming conventions, DAM tools, and CMS tools.
  • Anticipate: Proactively troubleshoot cross-functional roadblocks on behalf of all work that depends on marketing or creative
  • Coordinate product hand-offs, uploading information, shipping and receiving

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in creative project management
  • Experience driving process and managing workflows across creative production including graphic design, copywriting, photography, and videography
  • Experience managing budgets and contract negotiations with freelance and agency partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective internal relationships
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to manage expectations and balance competing priorities under tight deadlines to keep projects on brief and on schedule
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing processes for efficiency
  • Expert knowledge of Google Suite and experience with project management tools
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
