Outdoor Voices is looking for an Integrated Marketing Associate to support in the planning, tracking, and execution of our marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Brand Director, this role will help bring the OV brand strategy to life by providing tactical support for product launches, go-to-market campaigns, and evergreen marketing programs. This role will help drive forward integrated marketing plans, while ensuring a customer and community-first approach across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Help plan creative, strategic, seasonal and brand appropriate omni-channel marketing campaigns with clear audiences and goals
  • Support Marketing team in planning and execution of all initiatives
  • Gatekeeper of wireframe document, ensuring that all content is up to date and reflects current go-to-market plan
  • Act as project manager for all retros; ensuring all teams have filled in their required information with relevant data and insights
  • Act as first checkpoint across Marketing team to ensure all channel plans latter up to larger concept
  • Run bi-weekly brand/creative meeting, ensuring all cross-functional partners are prepared to present on current and future projects
  • Own affiliate and PR marketing calendar, updating outside agencies on key launch dates and product knowledge, and ensuring they have all the assets and information needed to pitch out content
  • Act as a cross functional partner across the org, understanding product knowledge, launch dates and key sample dates to help creative/brand teams
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and customer behavior and identify new and relevant ways to drive our brand forward
  • Maintain and update promotions and marketing calendars for all teams to reference. Work closely with project managers to initiate follow up and track timelines and key deliverables to ensure projects are progressing and completed on schedule
  • Assist with special brand projects as needed (i.e. reviews process)

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of related experience, integrated marketing experience is a big plus!
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in GSuite
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker and self-starter who can anticipate needs as well as execute assigned tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
