Outdoor Voices is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to develop strategies and manage campaigns that engage our customer base and drive repeat sales, loyalty and advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own OV’s email marketing calendar and planning process; partnering closely with Planning, Brand, and Digital Product teams to build targeted campaigns
  • Optimize and expand existing email, SMS, and retention flow programs
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams on asset development for retention campaigns
  • Build new strategies for retention and loyalty that delight our customers through personalized brand experiences
  • Consistently look for new and innovative ways to collect customer profile data to be used throughout marketing programs
  • Implement best practices for calendar, segmentation, and contact frequency for CRM
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer. Provide consistent reporting on campaign performance, insights, and customer behavior to cross-functional partners

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM and Email marketing
  • Experience setting up, executing, and measuring life-cycle email campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Previous experience with loyalty programs
  • Ability to adjust/pivot strategies based on data-driven decisions
  • Able to easily adapt to new or changing direction based on user feedback and market demands
  • Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights to a variety of audiences
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, Google Analytics, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience with In-App marketing a plus
