Outdoor Voices is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and execution of our brand marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will play a key role in bringing the OV brand to life by providing tactical support for product launches, go-to-market campaigns, and evergreen marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Marketing team in planning and execution of all initiatives
  • Assist with community management across social platforms
  • Partner with social media manager and creative team to source content creators and file and track UGC
  • Support growth of ambassador and influencer programs through vetting applications and assistance with organic gifting
  • Manage inbound communication for all partnership and press queries
  • Own affiliate marketing calendar
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis with a pulse on industry innovation, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Deliver consistent and relevant insights to the Marketing team

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Effective written and oral communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in GSuite
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker and self-starter who can anticipate needs as well as execute assigned tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
