Outdoor Voices is seeking a Manager of Brand Activations and Partnerships to oversee experiential activations, events, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage best-in-class campaign activations that are visionary, culturally relevant, and help to further Outdoor Voices’ mission to get the world moving
  • Source, nurture, and develop unique brand partnerships that help support key business objectives, with an eye toward growth in priority markets/demographics
  • Work alongside the retail team to develop a strategy for events that furthers brand awareness, with a clear understanding of intent and ROI
  • Create and execute high-impact events based on seasonal campaigns and customer mindset
  • Participate in brainstorms and development of concepts for best-in-class experiences
  • Organize and aid in executing campaigns and brand moments both virtually and in-person

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working for a high-growth, DTC eCommerce/retail brand creating engaging campaigns and events
  • Demonstrable history of defining event strategy and execution
  • Experience developing brand partnerships that aid in new customer acquisition and increased reach in key demographics
  • A creative eye and genuine curiosity for new opportunities to connect with our community
