Outdoor Voices is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Technology team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll leverage your technical and interpersonal skills to assist HQ employees our and fleet of retail stores across the country with day to day technology needs. We’re a mostly Apple shop so experience with the Mac OS/iOS is a must!

To provide support for both our HQ and Retail teams, this role includes an on-call rotation for weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to HQ and Retail employees and assist with long-term IT projects
  • Keep our team support tickets up-to-date and maintain a high level of responsiveness to user inquiries in tickets and/or Slack support channels
  • Resolve incidents and service requests against defined service levels, providing an excellent level of service to all employees
  • Seek out opportunities to refine processes, systems, and create/update documentation to meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Maintain AV conferencing equipment, install updates, and assist with the setup of large meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory documentation for new/existing IT hardware
  • Support new hire onboarding and develop systems for onboarding/off-boarding access needs
  • Assess networking issues and provide support as needed
  • Provision access to SAAS products as needed

  • A desire to solve new and interesting issues where internal documentation doesn’t suffice
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities efficiently to meet deadlines

Nice to haves:

  • 1+ years of general IT experience or equivalent
  • G-Suite and Google related product proficiency
  • Knowledge of POS Systems, Ubiquiti Networking, Windows
  • Experience using Zoom Video Conferencing and Zoom Rooms a plus
