Outdoor Voices is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Technology department. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you’ll organize and track projects across our digital properties and environments, and provide support from planning through delivery of technology initiatives.


  • Manage inbound requests to the Technology department from cross functional teams and be the primary point of contact for project status
  • Define requirements, scope and objectives for each project and own the delivery calendar in alignment with overarching business timelines and commitments
  • Track progress of in-flight projects, limit scope changes, manage risks and provide clear, timely communication to relevant parties as projects evolve
  • Assist with gathering customer feedback and bug reports from various sources, including the Retail and Customer Experience teams
  • Take detailed project meeting notes work for the Technology team to execute on
  • Partner with developers to break down projects into smaller tasks and deliverables and maintain a well groomed backlog of work
  • Assign tasks to individual developers
  • Take part in the launch of new features by facilitating QA efforts with stakeholders and driving high quality standards for Technology delivery


  • 1+ years of relevant professional experience with project coordination
  • Experience working with project management software tools
  • Demonstrated skills in teamwork and collaboration in a startup environment
  • Reliability as a cross-functional partner
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes where they may not be fully defined
  • Effective presentation skills and comfortable contributing to or leading meetings with audiences ranging from peers to senior leadership
